We stand behind the quality of our products. All new subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and digital product purchases made through pyramidsolutions.digital (the "Platform") and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. As a provider of digital software services and resources, our refund terms reflect the nature of instantly-delivered digital goods while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

2. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers on all plans (Starter, Growth, Business, Professional, and Enterprise) are eligible for a full refund if they submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription purchase.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is available once per account. The 7-day window begins at the date and time of purchase as recorded by our payment processor.
To receive a full refund under this guarantee, submit a request to contact@pyramidsolutions.digital with your account email and order reference. No explanation is required, though we appreciate any feedback you can share.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
7-Day New Subscriber Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of first purchase, as described in Section 2.
Technical Failure: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the Services for a cumulative period of more than 72 hours in a given billing month, you may request a prorated credit or refund for that period.
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately upon verification.
Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made to your account without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and process a refund if unauthorized access is confirmed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
Renewal Charges: Subscription renewal charges are not eligible for refunds unless requested within 48 hours of the renewal date and no features have been accessed in the new billing period.
Partial-Month Usage: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period when a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle, except as provided under our technical failure policy.
After the 7-Day Window: Refunds will not be issued for the initial subscription charge after the 7-day money-back guarantee window has closed.
Add-On Purchases: Any one-time add-on purchases, premium template packs, or supplementary digital resources purchased separately are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Plan Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower-tier plan does not entitle you to a refund on amounts already paid.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at contact@pyramidsolutions.digital with the following information:
• The email address associated with your account • Your order or transaction reference number (found in your purchase confirmation email) • The reason for your refund request (optional, but appreciated) • For technical issues: a description of the problem and any relevant error messages or screenshots
Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
6. Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, processing times vary depending on your payment method:
Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
PayPal: 3–5 business days to appear in your PayPal balance.
Bank Transfer (Enterprise clients): 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. If you do not see the credit after the stated period, contact your financial institution before reaching out to us.
7. Account Access During Refund Processing
For refunds requested within the 7-day money-back period, your account access will remain active until the refund is confirmed and processed, at which point your subscription will be cancelled and access revoked.
For refunds related to technical issues or billing errors, your account access is unaffected and continues normally unless you also request account closure.
8. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges and retains your access until the end of the paid billing period. A refund, if approved, credits you for charges already made.
If you wish to both cancel and request a refund, please state both requests in your email to our team.
9. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We understand that circumstances vary. While we apply our refund policy consistently, we review requests on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a courtesy refund, account credit, or service extension in situations not covered above.
